Telephone Consultations
I offer one-on-one telephone consultations to investors who are seeking in-depth advice and answers to lengthy questions about investing in real estate and running a profitable and hassle-free residential rental housing business. Please be assured that I will tell you right upfront if you are seeking advice on a subject that is not in my area of expertise.
For one-on-one telephone consultations, the charge is $150 per hour, with a one-half hour minimum of $75. Investors pay for the telephone call.
Investors are welcome to record telephone consultations as long as the recordings aren’t used for commercial purposes.
To help defray the cost of consultations, investors can listen to telephone conversations on a speakerphone with fellow investors and split the consultation fee.
I am available for telephone consultations days, evenings and weekends. To schedule a consultation, please send me an e-mail message at tjlucier@thomaslucier.com with:
1. Your name and contact information.
2. A detailed description of exactly what you want advice on.
3. The amount of time required for your consultation.
4. The date and time you want to schedule your consultation. Please note that all scheduled times will be Eastern Standard Time.
In order to get the most out of your telephone consultation, I very highly recommend that you write a detailed outline of exactly what you want to discuss, to include a listing of questions that you want answered.

Please note that you will be charged for the consultation that you ordered, if you fail to call me at your scheduled time.
